Twin Cities ranked 6th Healthiest Real Estate Market for 2011

The Twin Cities were assigned to the 6th position in the real estate market according to Gathering Strength from Builder Online.
Theories say it is due to Minneapolis' housing industry including the medical atmosphere resulting in a higher median income rate. The median income for residents of the Twin Cities averaged $66,000. Predictions say the median will increase another 2% this year, making a marketed increase in pace over the last 7 years.

5.Gulfport-Biloxi, MS
4. Huntsville, AL
3. Durham-Chapel Hill, NC
2. Austin-Round Rock, TX
1. Raleigh-Cary, NC
