Gov. Mark Dayton and Department Secretary of State Mark Ritchie signed 12 tax and spending bills this morning around 9:00am to awaken Minnesota's Government!
Dayton admitted he was not entirely happy with the budget bills, but it was the best alternative to get the government running again. This should help the 22,000 laid off Minnesota employees get back to work!!
