Pending sales in the Twin Cities, 13-county area this past month by an exploding 48.1% over June 2010s post-tax credit slump. This dramatic increase is due to a share-drop in 2010 post-tax credit sales combined with a steady in 2011 pending sales driven by soaring affordability.
